Clark Burden, Lead Coach
Clark brings over two decades of hands-on leadership experience from Alberta’s construction industry into his role as Lead Coach. Having led major projects and diverse teams since the early 2000s, he’s built his career on the foundations of trust, resilience, and results — the same values he now helps others cultivate through coaching.
Clark is deeply embedded in his community, having served on numerous boards and supported local development through both professional and volunteer leadership. His ability to lead with clarity and compassion has made him a respected voice in the region and a mentor to many.
As Lead Coach, Clark is passionate about helping emerging and established leaders build confidence, communicate with purpose, and lead with integrity. His coaching style is practical, grounded, and shaped by decades of real-world experience in high-pressure environments. He specializes in supporting students, tradespeople, project managers, and operational leaders to unlock their leadership potential, navigate challenges, and drive positive change.
Clark’s approach is about more than leadership titles — it’s about building capacity, fostering accountability, and growing people who make a lasting impact in their work and their communities.
